Tasty tender green beans galore! Here's a quick main dish, Skillet Salmon and Green Beans, to enjoy these fresh tasty farmstand treats.
Place 1-1/2 pounds salmon, cut into 4 filets, on the vegetables. Cover and simmer for 7-10 minutes, basting once or twice with broth. Cook until the fish flakes easily. Carefully lift each filet onto a plate, surround with the green beans & carrots and garnish with fresh chopped dill, parsley or basil. If fresh tomatoes and green onions are are available in your area, add 1 or 2 chopped tomatoes and 2 sliced green onions to the herb garnish. This is a real pretty dish! |
