Herbed Baked Snapper

Put the following in the bottom of a rectangular glass baking dish -

  • 1 box sliced cherry(or grape) tomatoes
  • 1 chopped clove garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup white wine

Place 2 lb. red snapper filets on top and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 mins or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serves 4.
