1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 Tablespoons chopped red pepper
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons olive oil

To substitute cherry tomatoes, slice in half.
To substitute whole tomatoes, core, squeeze
gently to remove seeds and dice.
