McGraw-Hill Education develops test score assessment applications for the web. The target market is educators and administrators nationwide for Kindergarten through 9th grade. Also the parents and students.
Information architecture models were provided for analyzing various methods and organization of the test score assessments.
Educator interviews were conducted with school district administrators, principals, and teachers to learn HOW the educators use the web and how they might use it in the future. Educator user profiles were documented and concept documents were provided for the website blueprints, navigation and labeling systems.
